FAQs About The Heights
Where is your office if I am coming from The Heights?
We see patients at 7919 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77054, with a second suite at 1213 Hermann Drive, Suite 360, Houston, TX 77004. The Heights connects to us straight down Shepherd and Kirby, so most visits are a short trip with parking on site.
How quickly can I get an appointment from The Heights?
We keep openings for same-day and next-day visits, and we accept walk-ins. Call (713) 393-7744 and our team will find the earliest slot that works for you rather than putting you on a long waitlist.
Do you accept insurance, and what if I do not have any?
We accept most major insurance plans and verify your benefits before your visit. If you are uninsured, we offer transparent self-pay pricing — including an all-inclusive self-pay colonoscopy — so you know the cost before anything is scheduled.
What digestive conditions do you treat for The Heights patients?
We treat the full range of GI and liver conditions: GERD and acid reflux, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic pancreatitis, gallstones, liver disease, colon polyps and colon cancer, small bowel disease, hemorrhoids, and unexplained abdominal pain, bleeding, constipation or diarrhea.
Are procedures done on site, or do I have to go to a hospital?
Nearly everything is done in our own endoscopy suite — colonoscopy, EGD, endoscopic ultrasound, capsule endoscopy, and ERCP — and our in-house GI pathologist reads biopsies on site. That means fewer trips, faster results, and no separate hospital scheduling for most patients.
